What does this Warranty cover?
We have a 60 day warranty policy for items with any defects or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
We will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
1. Email:firstname.lastname@example.org to explain your defect or problem.
2. It is mandatory for buyer to send back item they purchased for inspection of the claimed defect. If we acknowledge and accept that the item was defected then we proceed with the process.
3. We will swap the current charger model for the same model but new. If we do not have that model anymore we will allow you to either receive store credit or percentage discount.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for physical goods purchased from us last 60 days.
What does this Warranty not cover?
This 60 day warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
