Shipping

Do you ship outside the United States?

Iconic Power doesn't not ship outside the United States at this time but we plan to in the future.

Is shipping free?

Yes! All shipping within the United States is free.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and 14 days to receive your Iconic Power order in the mail.

Will I receive a Tracking Number for my order?

Yes. Once your order starts fulfillment, a tracking number is provided and your order is updated with the tracking information.  

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Here at Iconic Power, we want to ensure that you love the electronics that you have purchased.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of the delivery date for exchange ONLY.

Please contact us via email at info@iconic-power.com prior to your return.

Additionally, the shipping costs for the original purchase and for the return will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to not accept a return. We may also require a restocking and/or repair fee if the item(s) being returned have been damage or worn.

While our policy is firm, we are willing to work with you to ensure that your experience with Iconic Power is nothing but positive.

 

What can not be exchanged?

Sales items, presale items, and custom orders are all final sale items and may not be exchanged or returned.
